But so far so good, I am down to 70.5kg. I know this is only water weight but hopefully by end of this week or start by next week I will see some real results in terms of weigh loss and the muscle pain (will reduce) that I been having since the summer. Also depending how I feel tomorrow I will do some light exercise on my PS3 for about 30 min or soo. I don't wanna get too hungry. But I read on someones blog that they have lost 10kg in 7 days by doing coconut/juice/water fast with exercising. So i will defo start that.
Hope I can sleep tonight, if not I will go to pharmacy and get some sleeping pills, as its a killer when you are hungry and you cant sleep. Anyway my inspiration pic for the day. Wow just wow, i love her body. I cant wait to get down to 110, so my body is as small and tight as that :).
