Get skinny or die trying....
Ok last night i ate again... i know stupid me ... i got 17 days before I go home.... so in order to help me with not eating any food at all I got some antihistamines to help me sleep... since I cant sleep while fasting.... and got some sleep eaze... I swear I hope I can go into coma for the next 20 days and not eat anything... how amazing would that be.... just sleep ur fat off or coma ur fat off.... well all I am gonna say is... hope my family is going to be proud of me.... I just need to lose weight... I got about 10 day supply of pills if i take two a day or 5 day supply if i take 4 a day... lets start with two a day :)... updating you tomorrow to see if it worked and I could sleep and if my fat ass ate anything....

Day 6
Ok i ate stuff last night, so I am doing fast until Monday night, so that will be 4 days worth of fast :), soo lets go, will see how I feel, havent weighted myself today, will weigh in on monday...

Day 5
So Day 5 or Day 1 back on the fast. My stats for this morning were after I had alot of liquids 70.4kg. So not that bad. I will be back under 70 tomorrow and aiming to be in my 68 for monday... yaay for me and then I got 2 weeks to lose 6 more kg, so not bad... today I am defo not as hungry as on previous days when I was doing... soo yaay... :)
Still on ginger and carrot soup... and salad with cherry tomatoes and tuna, hopefully not for tomorrow but saturday night... I am determined to go through with it and starve my ass of till saturday night.
Picture of that soup looks amazing.... cant wait to have it...yummie

Day 4
Opened my fast with amazing tomatoe soup with pesto, omg it was the most amazing thing i had in forever. Ok stats 69.9kg this morning. But wow my fast is amazing. I am actually looking forward to fasting again, which I have officially started at 10pm, so yaaay for me and I am actually looking forward and planning my next meal.
Today I had tomatoe with fresh pesto soup, just amazing. Followed with some fruit, mandarins, 3 in fact, a pear. Few hours later I had rocket salad with cherry tomatoes and tuna on top... another yuuumm, as I was actually craving tuna.
Tomorrow I will be thinking of another amazing receipt... thank god no more junk food or subway for me and guess what I am not even missing bread or rice :)... i feel very content and about to post another pictures for inspiration.

So Friday night meal :).. i am thinking ginger carrot soup :) and the same salad I had today and same fruit. Hopefully from Saturday I will be fasting for 36 hours and opening my fast on Monday night. I will try my best as I am doing awesome and I feel good for doing this. Hopefully I will b 68 by Monday.

Day 3
Ok, i ended up eating last night, I guess its still good as I am losing weight and I am doing alternate day fasting, so still losing weight and still doing something, however I didnt pig out and had one meal yesterday. Granted it was subway and it is not amazing for me since it has carbs but hey its better than burgers or take away.
So today I am back to fasting, so far soo good, going to do some exercise as we go, didnt weigh myself today but going to do it tomorrow. Also planning to buy chicken, tuna and vegetables tomorrow, so instead of eating junk as I dont have food at home, so I dont get tempted, on the days I do eat I will eat a soup, chicken or tuna with salad, so I dont feel starved.
I think its better than eating junk food, however I will try to work out on increasing days when I do eat, so rather than eating tomorrow night I will try and eat the night after that. Will see how that goes. But soo far soo good. I will still end up being 70.5kg at the end of the day if I haven't lost anything. But the aim is to be 68 kg by next monday and then 65 by next and 62 by next. Which I think is doable and that will put me btw 60-62 by the time I get home. So I am not discouraged, I just need to keep doing this and not despair and not give up. Yes its very hard to fast but i think after 3 weeks I will get used to eating every 2nd or every 3rd day. So the plan is to increase fasting days by 3, so i eat every 3 days, rather than every 2 days. If I cant do this, this week I am sure my body will get used to eating every 2 days by monday and I am determined to increase fasting to every 3 days, which I will do for 2-3 weeks.
So the plan is that from 5.12 i will be eating every 3 days, until 12th, that will put me 8 days until i go home, which I will go on just water or coconut water fast. Then I will eat on the day i travel which is 20th, dont think I will eat anything until i get home but incase I do, I will pack some healthy snacks.
So even though today was a small step backward I am still making progress, so all is not lost :).
Ok I weighed my self I am 70.7kg despite the fact that I ate last night and been drinking alot of water and liquids today, so possibility is that I will be btw 69.5 and 70kg tomorrow, which is not bad as I need to lose 0.5kg daily in order to achieve 60-62kg by the time I get home. About to get my drink on :)

Day 2
Day 2 has been ok, i am half way through it. Thank god. I had a cup of green coffee after that water with some dulcolax, I couldn't do SWF, just to gross, reminds me of this summer when i had to down 10 liters of SWF for colonscopy. That was a real killer. Since I been fairly hungry today, compared to yesterday I decided to have some coconut water and I fell like it did the trick. Also since i am feeling under the weather going to have some beetroot with apple juice to hopefully strengthen my immune system. I am kinda annoyed, 3 weeks ago i attempted 21 MC detox, however I couldn't get past day 5 as I got really really sick and it seems to me the same is happening again. Maybe just maybe this is sign of my detox, so I will continue and hopefully it will get better by Friday.
But so far so good, I am down to 70.5kg. I know this is only water weight but hopefully by end of this week or start by next week I will see some real results in terms of weigh loss and the muscle pain (will reduce) that I been having since the summer. Also depending how I feel tomorrow I will do some light exercise on my PS3 for about 30 min or soo. I don't wanna get too hungry. But I read on someones blog that they have lost 10kg in 7 days by doing coconut/juice/water fast with exercising. So i will defo start that.
Hope I can sleep tonight, if not I will go to pharmacy and get some sleeping pills, as its a killer when you are hungry and you cant sleep. Anyway my inspiration pic for the day. Wow just wow, i love her body. I cant wait to get down to 110, so my body is as small and tight as that :).

FASTING
Day 1
Ok, from now on I will be honest, not going to pretend that I only had water or MC drink, because whats the point of having this blog if i am false and lying to myself. :D
I had diet lemonade and diet pepsi, with the MC liquid and dulcolax. In my defense I didn't have alot of MC liquid, maybe 250ml possibly less and only had a glass of lemonade and a can of diet pepsi. So I decided that tomorrow is a new day and therefore being a new day I will do water fast only. That does include a salt water flush every 2-3 days. So instead of drinking senna tea (i cannot stomach it), so dulcolax it it is.
So goal weight is 50kg or 110lbs, however the goal weight for 24 days before I go home is 12kg or 26 pounds. So I will be 60 and then continuing over the xmas and new years until I am back on 17th.
From 21st December until 21st January, the goal is to lose further 5kg or 12 pounds, which will put me in under 55kg category.
I will also be doing various size 6-8 uk clothes challenges.
I will be reporting daily on how my fast is going until I go home, and then while home i will keep a diary that I will post.
